Thai Yoga Massage
What is Thai Yoga Massage?
Thai Massage is an ancient form of bodywork derived from Thailand. The main objective is to restore the natural energetic flow through the body. It is a deep, full-body treatment that helps to stimulate and release stagnation. Thai Massage incorporates deep stretching to lengthen the muscles, increases joint movement and flexibility, and promotes a healthy flow of energy throughout the body.
My approach is to use compassionate touch and the application of Metta (loving-kindness) to help you heal your mind, body, and spirit.
